Traditional clarified butter
Traditionally made using the bilona method, our non-A2 cow ghee is still incredibly nutritious and flavorful. It is rich in butyric acid which supports gut health and contains fat-soluble vitamins that enhance immunity. This ghee has a high smoke point making it ideal for cooking and deep-frying without producing harmful free radicals. It also has a longer shelf life compared to regular butter and doesn’t require refrigeration.
