1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective, you may request a return or exchange.

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

  • Order Cancellation Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Please reach out to our customer support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery (unless faulty).

  • Products past the return window (7 days from delivery date).

  • Perishable items once delivered unless proven to be defective or spoiled upon arrival.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day.

  3. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Note: Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is damaged, defective, or was sent incorrectly by us.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 5-7 business days . The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please specify this in your return request. We will ship the replacement once the returned item has been received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Opened food packets

  • Personalized/custom-made products

  • Clearance or final sale items
